National HUD Event.
Last week, the HPT team had the exciting opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C., to participate in the National HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) event. This gathering brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to explore solutions for sustainable and affordable housing. We were thrilled to display our latest 250-square-foot mockup, which showcases some of the cutting-edge design and energy efficiency solutions we’re developing to transform the future of housing. Seeing so many people engage with our work and share a common goal of creating resilient, sustainable spaces was truly inspiring.
Our 250-square-foot mockup was designed to demonstrate the impact of our GRID system in action, showing how our retrofit solutions can enhance energy efficiency and resilience in existing buildings. The display allowed visitors to get a close-up look at the materials and techniques we’re using to improve building performance, reduce energy costs, and provide long-term durability. It was rewarding to see the interest and questions from everyone who visited our booth, from officials to fellow innovators and other industry professionals. This event reinforced how important collaboration and shared vision are in tackling the challenges of sustainable housing.
We want to extend a big thank you to the HUD coordinators and everyone involved in organizing the event for inviting us to showcase our work and to all the attendees who stopped by to learn about HPT’s mission. Special thanks to our team members who put in the time and effort to prepare our display and to our partners who continually support us in pushing the boundaries of building technology. The encouragement and enthusiasm we received from everyone in D.C. left us even more energized to continue our mission of transforming housing through innovation.
